Before Christmas

1. Does your family send out Christmas cards? Yes...I usually address them on Thanksgiving night.
2. How soon do you start shopping? Little stuff around the first of November...but I'm a BIG Black Friday shopper.
3. Who do you shop for? Immediate family, friends and co-workers.

4. Do you put up a Christmas tree? Yes
5. If so, is it fake or real? Fake
6. Do you like tinsel? No...my cats don't like it either.
7. Do you use homeade or storebought ornaments? Both
8. Do you put Christmas lights outside your house? I love to, but Charlie isn't much for it.
9. Do you put lights on the tree? Oh yes...lots!

11. Is there a wreath hanging on your door? Yes

36. Can you name all the reindeer? Yes...Dasher, Dancer, Prancer, Vixen, Comet, Cupid, Donner and Blitzen....and of course Rudolph.

38. Have you ever seen your mommy kissing Santa Clause? No
39. Have you ever gotten a kiss under the mistletoe? Oh yes.
40. Do you go caroling? I love to, but I haven't done it in several years.
41. Do you drive around and look at the Christmas lights? That's one of the things we do after church on Christmas eve. One of the churches / bible colleges here in Tulsa has a huge display. We go there every year. Plus we love driving through the neighborhoods.
42. Have you ever left Santa cookies? Yes, when I was little. Now that we have children, we're doing it again.
43. Have you ever sat on Santa\'s lap? Many times.
44. Who do you celebrate Christmas with? Charlie, Ian and our best friend Brad.
45. Where do you celebrate Christmas? Our house.
46. Have you ever had a white Christmas? Several. Being from West Virginia and now living in Tulsa...we get them occasionally.
47. What part of Christmas do you look most foward to? Our Christmas Eve service at church. It's such a beautiful family time.
48. Have you ever had your picture taken with Santa? Yes...many times.
49. Does your family always take a picture at Christmas? At some point. Our new tradition is doing a "family picture" every other year and one of the kids alone the other year.
50. Have you ever heard the song "Thank God For Kids" by The Oakridge Boys? Love that song. Hadn't thought about it in years.
